班产量6吨的果味酸奶工厂设计

摘要
本课题研究的是利用牛奶、果汁等为主要原料,设计班产为6吨的果味酸奶工厂,工厂设计包括工艺设计和非工艺设计两大组成部分。所谓工艺设计,就是按工艺要求进行工厂设计,其中又以车间工艺设计为主,并对其他设计部门提出各种数据和要求,作为非工艺设计的设计依据。非工艺设计是按工艺设计的要求进行的相关设计。本设计的内容由六大部分组成:总论、工艺部分、公用系统部分、建筑部分、安全防火及卫生部分、以及最后的综合经济部分。其中工艺为重点内容,主要有产品方案的确定、材料的要求、工艺流程的安排、物料衡算、设备选择以及车间平面布置等。另随说明书附有五张图纸。
非工艺设计包括:总平面、土建、采暖通风、给排水、供电及自控、制冷、动力、环保等的设计。非工艺设计都是根据工艺设计的要求和所提出的数据进行设计的。使得整个设计能够做到高效、节能、环保,并能够保证食品安全符合国家及行业的有关标准.
