抗日战争时期中国共产党的日军俘虏政策研究
内容摘要
瓦解敌军、宽待俘虏历来是中国共产党领导的军队政治工作的重要原则之
一。但有别于以往的任何国内战争,抗日战争是发生在两个不同民族之间的战
争,民族感情是个不可忽视的因素。日本兵中根深蒂固的“忠君爱国”思想和
“俘虏否定观”的存在,日本兵对中国共产党俘虏政策的误解和恐惧,部分中
国官兵对日本俘虏的极端仇恨等民族感情因素的存在,给中国共产党在抗日期
间顺利实施日军俘虏政策带来了严重的困难和挑战。?
尽管日军俘虏政策的实施面临着一系列不利的因素,但中国共产党并没有
因此而退缩,他们充分分析实施日军俘虏政策所具有的可能性和必要性。他们
认为日本士兵也是侵华战争的受害者,是可以争取和感化的对象。在这一前提
条件下,中国共产党进一步继承和发扬红军宽待俘虏的优良传统,在实践中不
断创新,提出和制定了一系列比土地革命战争时期更为系统、周到和完善的俘
虏政策,并在实践中提出一系列具体措施加以严格贯彻执行,取得了重大的成
就,创造了世界战争史上的奇迹。?
中国共产党日军俘虏政策的实施,成功地促进了日军俘虏从帝国军人到反
战勇士的转变, 有效地瓦解和削弱了日军的战斗力,壮大了国际反战同盟的力量,
为夺取抗日战争的胜利产生了重要作用。另外,中国共产党日军俘虏政策的成
功实施也为战后中日两国的友好发展奠定了良好的基础。?
在当前日本右翼势力日益猖獗、在中日两国人民的相互好感度逐渐下降的
今天,重新回顾和研究中国共产党在抗日战争时期所实施的这一伟大政策,对
争取日本和中日友好发展的左翼,打击日本右翼势力,从而以进

Giving good treatment to captive is always one of the important rules on CPC’S
Political work. But different of all of the civil war, Anti-Japanese War is the war
occurred between different nationalities. So the national sentiments are very important
problems that can’t be ignored. For example, the Japanese soldiers’ ingrained loyalty
to the Emperor and the denial to the captive, the Japanese soldiers’ misunderstanding
and fear to CPC’S captive policy, and some of Chinese soldiers’ intense hatred to
Japanese soldiers, and so on. All of these national sentiments is the difficulty and the
challenge that CPC must e and solve when implementing the policy to
Japanese captivesThe CPC analyzed the possibility and necessity to implement the policy to
