叫醒服务就是早上酒店根据客人指定的时间打电话(也有直接敲门的)叫客人起床,或是早上用餐,或是次日有要事。这样的服务可以让客人安安稳稳的睡觉而不用担心因睡过头而错过了要事。
Question one: What preparation does a guide make before the departure of the group ?在送行前,导游员应提前落实哪些事宜?
(1)Check the names, numbers of the tourists and the return tickets. If the group is living by plane, the local guide should help confirm the air tickets .核对游客的姓名、人数以及返程车票。如果游客乘坐飞机离开,地陪应帮忙确认游客的机票。
(2)Confirm the time for the delivery of luggage;落实取行李和邮寄行李的时间。
(3) Confirm the time and place for departure ;落实启程的时间和地点
(4) Confirm the time for wake-up call and dinner;落实叫醒服务的时间和晚餐的时间。
(5) Confirm the tourists to pay their bills before they leave the hotel;在游客离开宾馆之前,确认游客是否已经付了额外的费用。
(6) Return the tourists’ identity cards or passports。交还游客的身份证和护照。
