摘要
随着社会的经济的发展和科学技术水平的提高,家庭电器全自动化成为必然的发展趋势。全自动洗衣机的生产极大的方便了人们的生活。全自动洗衣机综合运用了大量力学、电学、光学等知识。洗衣机的洗涤过程主要是在机械产生的排渗、冲刷等机械作用和洗涤剂的润湿、分散作用下,将污垢拉入水中来实现洗净的目的。本次毕业设计就PLC在全自动洗衣机的控制系统中的应用做了详细的介绍。实现洗衣机由进水、洗涤、排水、脱水、报警到自动停止的循环过程。设计了相应的程序,结合相应的硬件系统,并通过三菱FX2N系列PLC仿真系统模拟出全自动洗衣机的运行过程。

Abstract

Automatic washing machine production great convenience in people's lives. Full-automatic washing machine is integrated with a mechanical, electrical, optical knowledge. This course design of full-automatic washing machine is PLC in the control of the application of the system are described in detail. Realize by water, washing machine washing, drainage, dehydration, alarm to automatic stop cycle. The corresponding program design, combined with the corresponding hardware system, and through the mitsubishi FX2N series PLC simulation system of automatic washing machine model the operation.
