[摘要] 动脉粥样硬化是诱发心血管疾病的关键因素,严重威胁人类健康,受到学者的极大关注。现代中药制剂复方丹参滴丸具有多成分、多靶点、多环节的作用特点,广泛应用于冠心病心绞痛的临床治疗,疗效显著。研究表明,复方丹参滴丸可通过调节机体脂质代谢、抗炎、抗氧化、改善血管功能、抑制血栓形成等多种机制发挥防治动脉粥样硬化的作用。本文从以上几方面综述复方丹参滴丸抗动脉粥样硬化的研究进展。

[Abstract] Atherosclerosis (AS) is the primary cause of cardiovascular diseases, which has threaten people’s health seriously and drawn widely attention of scholars.
