全营养混合液配制中的问题探讨

摘要目的:为形成更为合理的全营养混合液( TNA) 配制模式提供参考。方法:针对 TNA 配制过程中存在的问题探讨其原因。
结果与结论:改进 TNA 的组方模式,做到个体化用药;选择合适的剂型、规格,设计最佳的配制方法;由营养支持小组成员对 TNA
的质量进行控制和提供咨询;监测患者的状况,适时调整 TNA 的处方配比等,可提高 TNA 的质量,促进其在临床广泛应用。
