模拟高原训练对游泳运动员血液载氧能力的影响

摘要:以山东省游泳队重点运动员为实验对象,通过模拟高住低练方式训练 3 周,观察运动员在机体血液
载氧能力方面的变化。研究认为:模拟高住低练可使游泳运动员 RBC、HGB、HCT 升高,血液载氧能力增加。
其作用机制可能由于缺氧刺激使 EPO 合成增加所致。

Abstract:Taking the eIite athIetes of Shandong Swimming Team as subjects and simuIating aItitude-Iive-Iow-training for 3
weeks,the aIteration on oxygen-transport abiIity of the swimmers is observed. The research proves that aItitude Iive-Iow
train can increase swimmers’red bIood ceII(RBC),hematogIobin(HGB),hematocrit(HCT),and enhance the oxygen-
transport abiIity in the body. It is the mechanics that anoxia stimuIates position of erythropoietin increase.
