摘要:随着现在中国经济的快速增长,我国的企业,特别是民营中小企业显现出了一种快速增长的趋势。而我国的民营中小企业的发展所需要依托的资金很重要的一部分就是民间借贷资本,民间借贷对我国民营经济的发展起了巨大的支持作用。现在伴随中国民营经济的蓬勃发展,民间借贷也迎来了快速发展的时期,但民间借贷与民营经济之间鱼水相依的关系却越来越多的出现了不和谐的声音。究其原因就是一方面我们今天的民间借贷发展很快,但相应的保障性措施、法律法规等系统制度却还很落后,另一方面就是民间借贷的发展还有很多不成熟之处,在民间资本借贷与实体经济之间的那种微妙的平衡关系我们还未找到。古人云:过犹不及。在一个度的范围内,民间借贷与民营企业是互助互利、共同进步的,但超越了这个度,民间借贷却会转变成阻碍经济发展的因素,哲学道理就是真理与谬误仅一步之遥。所以本文就民间借贷的现状和发展趋势来探寻其与实体经济之间的不易为人察觉的关系,并提出自己的一些建议以使在规范化的制度体系下民间借贷更好地为实体经济服务。
