摘要
从工业化开始以来,无论是国内还是国外,人们一直在存货管理的理论和实践方面不断探索和研究,先后提出了许多存货管理模式和方法,并在实践运用中取得了良好的效果。在我国,由于存在多种原因的影响,使存货管理中存在许多问题。如我国进入市场经济的时间不长,传统的存货管理思想和方法至今还在约束人们的思想行为,制约着先进的存货管理理论在实践中应用和发展,使得我不高,最突出的问题是库存量一直居高不下,甚至呈上升趋势。
本文通过对南京钢铁公司报表等资料收集与整理,结合对企业调查、问询、观察等方法,了解南京钢铁公司存货管理现状,发现存货管理中存在的问题,进一步分析影响存货管理的因素(市场风险、供应链管理、内部控制、企业存货管理水平);再从影响存货管理因素的角度出发,结合搜集的资料和所学知识,对南京钢铁公司的存货管理问题提出了优化策略,希望提出的建议能够提高南钢公司的存货管理水平。

Abstract
From the beginning of industrialization, at home and abroad,people make exploration and study in the management of stock in theory and put forwards many methods and patterns about inventory management,put them into use and got the good our country, influenced by many factors,there exist some problems in inventory it is a short time of the transformation from planned economy to market economy, the traditional pattern of inventory management still restrict people,though and behavior as well as the application and development of the advanced theory of the inventory a result,the general level of management in inventory management is not so high in the enterprise of our most prominent problem is the inventory level keeps high;even it shows the rising tendency.
