吉林省小企业融资困境与商业银行业务创新
摘要: 随着我国市场经济的快速发展,小企业作为市场经济的重要组成部分,日益成为经济发展的重要力量,维护市场的公平竞争,保持经济稳定,促进就业的前提和保障。在东北老工业基地吉林省,小企业对全省的经济增长、增加税收,吸纳就业,提高吉林人民生活水平方面发挥着不可替代的作用,然而资金短缺,小企业的融资难问题一直是阻碍吉林省小企业发展壮大的瓶颈,商业银行作为小企业主要的融资渠道,但是在货币政策紧缩的情况下,小企业从商业银行获得融资支持处于不利的低位,商业银行原有的小企业业务模式有些不适用于银行的风险和信贷的管理,要加大对小企业业务发展模式的创新研究,更好的解决小企业融资难的问题, 因此,新形势下吉林省商业银行如何进一步加大对中小企业金融支持力度成为亟待解决的课题。

Jilin Province in the northeast old industrial base, small enterprises of the province's economic growth, increase tax revenue, creating jobs, improving people's living standards, Jilin plays an irreplaceable role, however, shortage of funds, the problem of financing small enterprises in Jilin Province has been hindering the development and growth of small businesses bottleneck, mercial banks as small business financing channels, but in the case of ary policy tightening, small businesses obtain financing mercial banks to support disadvantaged low, commercial banks original business model for small businesses some fort for the bank's risk and credit management, to increase the small business innovation research business development model, a better solution to the difficult problem of financing small , under the new situation mercial banks to further increase financial support for SMEs e an urgent issue.
