美国教师教育改革研究-比较教育学专业毕业论文.docx

摘要摘 要美国政府将教师教育提升到事关“美国前途与未来”的高度,将改善教师教育,促进教师专业化发展列入美国十大教育目标之一。教师教育,成为当今美国教育改革的焦点。经过十多年的发展,美国教师发展学校已成为教师教育的发展趋势,在发展过程中获得了各界的认可。教育理论和教育实践如何有机的结合是教育界一直关注的问题,可以说,美国教师专业发展学校提供了一个实现这种有机融合的平台。本文从教育理论和教育实践相结合的角度,采用比较教育学国别专题分析框架,运用因素分析法、历史法、文献法、比较法等研究方法,从五个方面论述了美国教师教育改革,提出了对我国教师教育的几点启示和借鉴。第一部分是对教师教育和教师专业化的概念进行界定和解释,使读者能够正确把握本论文的研究前提。第二部分论述了美国教师教育改革的背景,从教育改革浪潮的推动、教师专业地位的改善、社会变革对传统教育的挑战三个方面进行了分析。第三部分论述教师教育改革的主要内容及措施,主要包括四个方面,即教学专业标准、教师资格证书制度、教师招聘与存留、教师评估体系。第四部分论述了教师教育改革的新趋势,主要是教师专业发展学校的产生与发展。论文第五部分结合美国教师教育改革的经验,针对我国教育理论与教育实践相结合的新尝试,提出了改革与发展的建议。关键词:美国: 教师教育改革; 教师专业化AbstractAbstractTheAmericangovemmenthastakenteachereducationasallissuethatinflunce“thefutureofAmerica”,andhasputtheimprovementofteachereducationintooneoftheAmerica’sbigteneducationgoals。TeachereducationhasbeenthefocusofAmerica’seducationreform。Duringtenyears’develop,theAmecicanProffesionalDevelopmentSchoolshasbeenthetrendofteachereducation。AndhasgainedtherecognizeofeveryfieldsaWeallknowthathowtoamalgamatethetheoryandpracticeineducationhasalwaysbeenconsideredbytheeducationfield,anditissurethatthePDShasprovideaplaygroudforthatamalgamation。Throughtheamalgamationofeducationtheoryandpractice,thisthesisreviewsandanalysestheAmericanteachereducationreformandpresentsomeinspirationinthethe push of the education reform tidal wave,the improvement ofteachers’professionalizedstatus,andthechallengetotraditionaleducationinasocialreformero。Thethirdpartdissertatesthemaincontentandmeasureoftheteachereducationreform,whichconcludesfourareasaTheyarethestandardsofteachingprofcssionalization,theteachercertificatesystem,thehireandremainofteachers,andthenewtrendofteachereducationreform--theproduceanddevelopmentofthePDSaThelastpartofthisthesispresentsomeadvicesonournativeteacherreformanddevelopmentonthebasisoftheAmerica’steacherreformexperiencesaKeywords:America;teachereducationreform;teacherprofessionalization,II前言前 言美国教师教育起步较早,最早可追溯到19世纪师范学校的建立。在20世纪80年代之前,美国在实践中虽未停止“教师专业化”的努力,但在理论上并未明确提出“教师专业化”的口号。20世纪80年代以后,美国教师教育改革明确提出了这一口号,并进行了卓有成效的努力。2l
