中学物理教师的必备素质
摘要:以素质教育为主体的教育改革已贯彻到学校教育教学的各个环节。在这场基础教育改革中,物理课程的教学改革也对中学物理教师的基本素质提出了新的更高的要求。我们认为,要通过物理课程的教学以提高全体学生的科学素养,那么实施具体教育的教师就必须是高素质的综合型人才。作为中学物理教师,不仅要有多元化的知识结构,还要有较强的教学能力,更要有完美的人格理想。在此基础作为一名有优秀的物理教师,我们应该具备那些的素质,以应对新的教学任务,以及要求。如何才能满足学生的需要,让学生在物理学科学习过程中可以感受到物理学习的快乐,这就要求我们对自身能力素质进行提高完善,以适应新的学习内容。

Abstract : Quality education as the main educational reform has been implemented in all aspects of school education. In this reform of basic education, physical teaching reform the basic quality of the high school physics teacher put forward new and higher requirements. We believe that in order to improve the scientific literacy of all students through the teaching of physics courses, then the implementation of specific education teachers must be highly qualified talents. As a high school physics teacher, not only to develop a diversified structure of knowledge, but also a strong teaching ability, and have a perfect personality ideal. On this basis, as a good physics teacher, we should have those qualities to deal with the new task of teaching, as well as requirements. How to meet the needs of students, so that students can feel the joy of learning physics in physics learning process, which requires us to their own ability and quality-improving, in order to adapt to the new learning content
