高校网络舆情管理机制研究.pdf

摘要
互联网是完全开放的言论空间,伴随着网络媒体的发展和终端设备的普及,在线交
流已经成为人们生活中极其重要的沟通方式。不管是参与政事还是生活琐事,每个人都
可以借助网络上的多种途径发表意见。在及时、快速的碰撞和交流中,网络舆情往往能
比较真实地体现了不同群体的价值观念和情绪心态,也正是由于如此,网络舆情可能朝
任何一个方向发展,难以控制。目前,我国各个高校都在全力进行信息化建设,构建数
字化校园,但对高校网络舆情管理机制的构建并不是十分完善。
本文试图以网络舆情管理理论为支撑,通过文献收集和实证调查,把握高校网络舆
情管理的现状,找出管理中存在的问题及其根源,并据此提出完善高校网络舆情管理机
制的对策,以期对提升我有所助益。
全文分五个部分进行对高校网络舆情管理机制的研究:第一部分概述本文的研究背
景和现有研究,明确本文的研究目的、研究意义以及研究方法。第二部分是对高校网络
舆情的相关理论问题进行界定,奠定高校网络舆情管理的理论基础。第三部分首先说明
对高校网络舆情管理工作现状的调查设计,界定了问卷调查和访谈调查的对象选择以及
针对问题。继而将调查的结果分大学生群体和教师群体两部分,以数据的形式呈现,了
解到高校网络舆情管理工作的基本情况。第四部分是通过数据的呈现从中抽取出管理机
制的状况,分析高校网络舆情管理不同环节的状况。借助现状分析了高校网络舆情现行
管理机制存在的问题,针对现存问题说明其问题的根源。第五部分是在明确高校网络舆
情管理机制构建目标和运行原则的基础上,对高校网络舆情管理的现行机制进行完善,
并提出保障其规范运行的措施,便于提升高校网络舆情的管理水平。

ABSTRACT
is the wide open space of speech . With the development work media and
the population of the terminal equipment,the munication es one of the most
important way of munication. With the help of various channels of ,
everyone can express his or her opinions which no matter what are about politics or just trifles.
In the promptly and munication, work public opinion can give the real
expression to the values and emotions of different group. And for this reason, work
public opinion is unmanageable in a way. Nowadays, many Chinese colleges and universities
are applying themselves to the job of information construction and want to build digitalized
campuses; however, the relevant management mechanism is not perfect.
The paper shows the problems and the causes of work public opinion management,
bases on the theory work public opinion management, related documents, empirical
study, and status quo of the management. And according to the problems and causes, this
paper puts forward counter measure of perfecting the colleges and work public
opinion management, and hopes to promote the level of Chinese colleges and universities’
network public opinion management.
