【摘要】目的建立高效液相色谱法测定大黄虫片中芍药苷含量的方法。方法选用C18色谱柱( mm×250 mm,5 μm),以乙腈-%磷酸溶液(14∶86)为流动相, mL/min,柱温30 ℃,检测波长为230 nm。~ μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,r= 7,%,RSD=%(n=6)。结论本法操作简便,准确,重复性好,精密度高,可用于大黄虫片的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the content of paeoniflorin in Dahuang Zhechong Tablets. Methods Stationary phase was C18 column ( mm×250 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase was acetonitrice-% phosphoric (14∶86), detection wavelength was 230 nm, flow rate was mL/min and column temperature was 30 ℃. Results There was good linear relationship between the concentration
of paeoniflorin and area integral value in the range of ~ μg, r= 7. The average recovery was % with RSD=% (n=6). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, with good reproducibility and high precision, and can be used to control the quality of Dahuang Zhechong Tablets effectively.

大黄虫片由熟大黄、土鳖虫、水蛭、白芍等12味中药组成,具有活血破瘀、通经消痞功效,用于瘀血内停,腹部肿块,肌肤甲错,目眶黯黑,潮热羸瘦,经闭不行。本试验采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定大黄虫片中芍药苷的含量,可更好地控制该制剂的质量。
1 仪器与试药
Agilent1100系列高效液相色谱仪:G1311A四元泵, G1313A自动进样器,G1379A脱气机,G1314VWD检测器, Agilent1100化学工作站;UV-2201型紫外-可见分光光度仪; BUG40型超声波清洗发生器。
