摘要
本设计为南京市某办公综合楼空调设计,建筑地下一层,地上十二层。地下一层为设备房和停车库,地上一层为营业大厅,二层为会议室,三层为餐厅,四至十二层为办公场所。
根据建筑功能特点,选取全空气系统和风机盘管+独立新风系统的空调方式, 对于会议室等大空间采用全空气系统,接待,办公等较小的空间就用风机盘管+独立新风系统, 独立新风+风机盘管的空调方式是由风机盘管承担室内冷负荷,而新风负荷由各层新风机组来承担,新风通过新风机组处理到与室内等焓值的状态,直接送入房间。
公共卫生间设置排气系统,冷水机组布置在地下一层机房内。针对地下一层的实际使用情况,系统设计了排风方案,采用机械进风和机械排风系统。

Abstract

The public bathroom are setting exhaust system. Water chillers are set in the basement of the engine room layout. For the practical use of the basement, the ventilation system design programs are used with the mechanical ventilation and mechanical ventilation system.
