Load balancing subsystem is the entrance to run the entire business collaboration platform, is responsible for receiving user requests sent from and to verify the legitimacy of user requests for verification. Meanwhile, in order to further increase the performance of the system will result in the user request to a cache server. Then load balancing algorithm based on the user's request will be forwarded to the business execution node running the entire business collaboration platform to handle user requests. After the user requests the results will be returned back to the user while the results cached to the system cache.
