摘要
工程造价方式的改革得到了不断深化和发展。实行工程量清单计价是规范建设市场秩序,适应社会主义市场经济发展的需要,因此有必要对其进行更深层次的研究。
在本次的毕业设计中,结合根据《建设工程量清单计价规范》(GB50500-2008),结合汇郦境园小区住宅楼工程进行土建工程的工程量清单的编制,并结合定额和当地市场价格信息和相关的规定进行报价。在工程量清单编制和报价的过程中,重点是使用手算工程量(主要包括:土方、混凝土构件钢筋、砌体)和广联达软件进行报价相结合的方式进行。
最后形成完整的毕业设计,使其成为一份具体而且与实际相联系的工程量清单及投标报价,可以作为建设方和施工方共同参考的依据,有利于控制工程造价的成本。

Abstract
The means of project cost has been deeped and a project valuation of detailed list is to standardize the construction market order and to adapt to the socialist market economy .Therefore ,there is the necessity to carry on the deeper research.
In this graduation design, according to the code of valuation with bill quantity of construction works (GB50500-2008), combined with the Department of Huili Park residential buildings engineering civil engineering bill of quantity, and bination of ration and the local information of market price and the related provisions of the engineering quantity list quotation preparation and in the process, focused on the use of the hand count quantity (mainly include: Earth, concrete, brick setting) enterprise of software bination.
Finally, form plete graduation design, make it a specific and practical engineering quantity list and document of bidding ,which can be used as a building and construction method of mon reference .and is helpful to control the project cost cost.
