摘要:沙门菌是一种重要的人畜共患病原菌,其致病机制受多种因素的影响,其中Ⅲ型分泌
系统 T3SS 和质粒毒力基因 spv 在其中发挥了重要作用。T3SS 是一种由 20 多种蛋白质组成
的针型结构,T3SS-1 能诱导细胞骨架结构变化介导细菌内吞,T3SS-2 与沙门菌诱导的全身
性疾病密切相关。spv 基因是一段约 8kb 高度保守的核苷酸区域,主要与沙门菌毒力有关,
如血清抗性、粘附与定居、细菌在肠外组织细胞的生长及在巨噬细胞内的存活和繁殖等。
spv 基因包括五个开放阅读框,其中 spvR 和 spvB、spvC 与其毒力表型密切相关,而 spvA
和 spvD 与之无明显关系。最新研究证实,spv 与伤寒沙门菌引起的自噬有关,能抑制自噬
的发生而加剧细菌感染过程。本文就近年来研究沙门菌 T3SS 和 spv 基因致病机制的进展作
一综述。

Abstract:
Salmonella is an important zoonotic pathogen, and its pathogenic mechanism is
influenced by many factors. Among them type Ⅲ secretion system (T3SS) and plasmid virulence
genes spv play an important role. T3SS is a needle type structure, composed of more than 20

protein. T3SS-1 can induce cytoskeletal structure to mediate endocytosis. T3SS-2 are closely
associated with systemic diseases. spv is a period of about 8 kb of highly conserved nucleotide
region, which is related to bacterial virulence, such as serum resistance, adhesion and settled, the
growth of Salmonella in anization cells, along with the bacteria survival and growth
in macrophag
