江西师范大学硕士学位论文李绂催漕研究姓名:王含卿申请学位级别:硕士专业:专门史指导教师:梁洪生 20090501 摘要本文以李绂催漕这一事件为研究内容,依据《漕行日记》、《漕运全书》等丰富的文献资料,采用叙述史学的方法,在阐明李绂催漕史实的基础上, 对其采取的独特的有效措施及整个事件作出了应有的客观评判。本文正文部分主要分四个章节,来对李绂的催漕活动加以论述和评判。第一章:通过对隋唐以来催漕发展脉络的整理,得出催漕渐为朝廷重视的观点。并对李绂出任钦差负责催漕的起因进行论述,认为朝廷之所以选用李绂是经过深思熟虑的。第二章:根据《漕行日记》记载,将李绂催漕过程分为督催漕运北上、天津截留及起米运通三个阶段,认为此次催漕因着李绂的督导乃取得令朝野意想不到的收效。第三章:从李绂改革速漕之法、督禁运丁庙前演剧及调制官弁与运丁之间的关系等方面进行探讨,显示了李绂在思想上躬行实践、行事上雷厉风行、催漕风格与众不同的独特性。第四章:对李绂催漕全过程进行反思和评价。关键词:李绂;催漕;《漕行日记》 Abstract LiFuurged water transport isthe research topic ofthispaper,depending on the firstmaterial of”Water Transport Traveling Diary”and the other rich literaturematerials of”the Transporting grain EntireBook”and SO on,uses the narration historymethod,and atthebasemem ofexpounding thehistorical fact,I make theobjectivejudgmerit totheparticular effective measures and this event.
