快速公交系统规划方案的研究.pdf

捅要随着城市化和机动化的浪潮,城市交通已成为制约我国城市发展不容回避的问题。缓解当前交通难题,唯有大力发展公共交通。快速公交系统通过对传统公共汽车在规划、设计、运营和管理上的改良,以较少的投资、较高的灵活性实现较高的服务效率。快速公交系统在我国的研究和发展还处于萌芽状态,针对我国城市的交通特点、道路特点和城市不同发展阶段的特点,研究快速公交系统在我国城市的规划方法具有十分重要的现实意义,是我国城市规划和建设快速公交系统的基础。本文着重研究我国城市快速公交系统的规划法方法问题,对快速公交系统各组成要素、规划方法、适应性评价指标体系和评价方法进行了探讨。(1)研究了快速公交系统的组成要素,分析了我国城市进行快速公交规划建设的必要性和紧迫性。研究了国内外典型城市快速公交的发展概况和实践经验,并且分析我国城市快速公交规划和建设所存在的问题; (2)针对我国城市特点,研究了快速公交系统规划的层次、目标和流程分析快速公交系统与城市布局和土地利用的关系; (3)针对我国城市特点,研究了城市快速公交系统线网和具体走廊的规划方法,并对快速公交系统的专用道、停靠站、专用车辆等要素的规划设计进行了探讨; (4)结合国内外经验,建立了我国城市快速公交规划方案的适应性评价指标体系, 选择NiP/有效性排序DEA方法对适应性评价指标体系进行评价。评价体系和方法可为我国正在和将要规划建设快速公交的城市提供决策支持。关键词:快速公交系统,规划方法,适应性评价体系,评价方法 Abstract 、Mtll thedevelopment ofmechanization,urban trafficproblem isrestricting our progress very way toresolvetrafficproblem istoencourage public Transit(BRT)is pared withthe traditional , operation achieves higher efficiency witlllessinvestment andgreater isstillintheembryonic stage ofdevelopment and research view ofthecharacteristiCS ofurban areas,road characteristiCS and thecharacteristics of different stages ofdevelopment inthesame city,the study on theplanning ofBRT inChina hasgreat realisticsignificance.
