《中国足球改革发展总体方案》解读 Interpretation on The Overall Plan of the Reform and Development of Chinese Football 李良,贺新奇,罗军委,张帆,许梅莲 Li Liang,He Xinqi,Luo Junwei,Zhang Fan,Xu Meilian 摘要:2015年 3月颁布的《中国足球改革发展总体方案》对中国足球发展产生了巨大的影响,运用文献资料法和逻辑恩辨进行解读,认为中国足球发展面临的阻碍,体育“强国梦”的需要,足球有着巨大的体育商业潜力是该《方案》颁布的独特背景。其中,中国足协取消行政化,推广校园足球,建立职业联赛理事会,建立足球多元化投资机制是本次改革的核心要点,这些要点的提出对中国足球起到“一针见血”的作用,意义深远。然而,是否能够积极落实改革方案还需接受时间的检验。关键词:中国足球;中国足球改革发展总体方案;解读 Abstract:The Overall Plan of Reform and Development of Chinese Football promulgated in March 2015 had great influence on the development of Chinese footbal1.[merpreting with methods of literature and logic thinking,'the paper proposes that the obstacles facing the development of Chinese football,the need of realizing ‘the dream of rejuvenating China’through sports and the huge sports mercial potential that football enjoys are the spe cial background of the plan’S them,core po ints of this reform lie in the cancellation of administration by Chinese Football Association,po pularizing campus football, setting up professional foo tball league council and establishing diversified investment mechanism of ng up of these points will play a decisive role and exerts far—reaching significance on Chinese ,whether the reform plan Can be put into active practice still waits for the test of time.
