摘 要
FSAE（Formula SAE）国际学生方程式赛车由美国车辆工程师学会于1979年开办，在国际上被视为是“学界的F1方程式赛车”。每年在世界各地有600余支大学车队参加各个分站赛，2011年在中国举办了第一届中国大学生方程式赛车，本设计将针对中国赛程规定进行设计。
本说明书主要介绍了大学生方程式赛车制动系的设计，首先介绍了汽车制动系统的设计意义、研究现状以及设计目标。在选定了基本结构后本论文对制动器展开了以下设计。第一，制动系的参数：包括制动力分配系数、同步附着系数、制动强度、附着系数利用率以及最大制动力矩等参数的选择计算；第二，制动器及其零部件：制动盘、制动钳体、摩擦衬块等制动器零部件的尺寸计算与材料选择；第三，制动驱动机构：制动轮缸、制动主缸、以及踏板行程的设计计算。除此之外，本论文还介绍了制动驱动机构的结构型式选择，制动主缸，制动管路的多回路系统的选择以及制动器的研究现状及发展前景。
最后，根据设计与计算用AUTOCAD绘制出了该赛车制动器的装配图和制动钳体、制动盘等零件图，并用UG对其进行了三维建模。

Abstract
Formula SAE race was founded in 1979 by the American cars institute of was regarded as the “academic Formula 1 racing”.China has hold the first Formula one for Chinese college students in 2011,the design will be for design of the provisions of the Chinese calendar.
In This paper,we mainly introduces the design of breaking system of the Formula of all,breaking system's design meaning,research status,an goals are been paper start the following steps after selecting the basic structure. First, the parameters of braking power distribution coefficient include: adhesion coefficient, synchronous adhesion coefficient, strength, and brake, and maximum braking torque parameters calculation, etc. The second brake and its components: the brake disc and calliper, friction lining block size of components etc brake calculation and material selection, Third : brake wheel drive mechanism brake cylinder, the brake pedal stroke the cylinder, and the design addition, this paper introduces the drive mechanism brake type selection, brake main cylinder pipe, braking system, the selection of multi-loop research status of brake and development prospects.
Finally, according to the design and calculation using AUTOCAD drawing brake assembly and brake caliper disc brake, at the same time ,the paper also carried a three-dimensional modeling by UG.
