从D-葡萄糖合成溴-α-D-四乙酰葡萄糖的研究
摘要:本文介绍了以D葡萄糖、溴等为原料合成糖的溴代衍生物,研究了溴代糖合成反应的条件。以D-葡萄糖为原料,在高氯酸存在下与乙酐反应,将葡萄糖乙酰基化。然后以红磷为催化剂,与液溴反应,将乙酰基化的葡萄糖进行溴化,进而生成所要合成的溴-α-D-四乙酰葡萄糖。结果表明:低温加料,溴代乙酰葡萄糖反应温度控制在30~40℃,并通过熔点测定、H NMR等手段确认了
溴-α-D-四乙酰葡萄糖的结构,并鉴定产物纯度较高。经重结晶得到溴-α-D-。%。

Research about the synthesis of Tetra - O - acety -α- D-glucopyranosyl bromide from D-glucose
Abstract: this paper introduced the synthesis of the glucopyranosyl bromide from D-glucose and bromine, including the condition of the reaction. With the presence of Perchloric Acid, D-glucose reacted with acetic anhydride to produced acetylated glycopyranose. Then the product reacted with bromine at the catalysis of red phosphorus and the final product was obtained. The results as follows: it`s better to mix the starting material at low temperature and then raised it to 30 - 40℃.The final product was validated by 1H-NMR and melting point evaluating And it proved to be at high purity. after recrystallization , Tetra - O - acety -α- D-glucopyranosyl bromide was obtained in % yield.
