本科毕业设计( 2012 届) 题目智能型 BMI体重指数测试仪的设计与制作学院专业班级学号学生姓名指导教师完成日期诚信承诺我谨在此承诺:本人所写的毕业论文《智能型 BMI 体重指数测试仪的设计与制作》均系本人独立完成,没有抄袭行为,凡涉及其他作者的观点和材料,均作了注释,若有不实,后果由本人承担。承诺人(签名): 2012 年 05月 09日杭州电子科技大学本科毕业设计摘要本设计主要设计 BMI ( Body Mass Index , 身体质量指数) 体重测试仪系统的信号处理过程,继而实现整个 BMI 体重测试。 BMI 体重测试仪系统主要包括称重传感器、放大器、信号处理过程和液晶显示是整个系统的关键。 BMI 测试过程: 由传感器采集的电信号, 经过一系列的信号处理过程和输入的身高值,由 BMI= 体重( kg) /(身高^2) 得到最终的结果。传感器由两个 50kg 的半桥称重传感器组成全桥,其称量范围是 100kg 。 BMI 值最终由采集到的体重和用户输入的身高决定。本 BMI 体重测试仪系统主要是由带 A/D 转换功能的单片机 STC12C5A16S 2 控制单元,由电阻式应变片获取电信号,经 AD620 放大器、按键、显示模块以及软件程序来完成整个称重系统。本设计运用 LCD1602 液晶分两行显示采集到体重值,用户输入的身高值和经系统处理过的 BMI 值和用户的身体质量状况,其直观、易读的特点将会受到用户的热爱。显然由单片机控制的体重秤具备使用方便,直观,测量准确,成本低等特点。此外,随着现代社会随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对自己的身体健康越来越关注,为此 BMI 体重测试仪越来越凸显出了其广泛的市场前景受。若 BMI 体重测试仪广泛地使用在家庭生活中,将会为提高我均寿命做出巨大贡献。关键字: BMI ;体重计; STC12C5A16S2 ;称重传感器; AD620 杭州电子科技大学本科毕业设计 ABSTRACT This design mainly the design signal processing system of BMI weight tester, then realize the entire BMI weight test. BMI weight tester system mainly including weighing transducer, amplifiers, signal processing and liquid crystal display is the key to the whole system. BMI test process: from sensors to collect the electrical signals, after a series of signal processing and input height value, by BMI = weight (kg) / (height ^2) get the final e. The whole bridge weighing position of two 50kg half bridge weighing transducer s and its range is weighing 100kg. BMI eventually is decided by the collected weight and the height of the user. The BMI weight tester system is posed of taking A/D conversion function of the single chip puter STC12C5A16S2 control units, by the resistance strain gauge type for electrical signal ,through the process of amplifier AD620, buttons, display module and software program plete the whole weighing system.
