【摘要】目的:探讨系统性湿性疗法对Ⅱ-Ⅳ度压疮治疗效果的影响。方法:2010年1月~2011年1月2010年1月~8月,我科共收治压疮患者2030例,其中男21例,女9例;年龄54~80岁,平均71±。创面类型:Ⅱ度压疮7例,Ⅲ度压疮12例,Ⅳ压疮11例。按湿性疗法进行系统换药,观察各创面的肉芽生长和愈合情况。结果:湿性疗法换药后,创面肉芽生长良好,感染控制好,所有创面均在1~6w内全部愈合,随访3月,未再复发。结论:湿性疗法是治疗深度压疮的较理想的方法之一,值得推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of treating stage Ⅱ-IV pressure ulcers with systemic moist dressing changes. Methods: From January 2010 to January August 20102011, 20 30 pressure ulcers patients, with pressure ulcers including 21 males and 9 females and aged 54 to 80 years, mean age is 71± years old were treated with systemic moist dressing changes, including 16 males and 4 females; aged 60 to 80 years, mean age is 71 years old.
