摘要：随着人们对住宅平面与空间的要求越来越高，原来普通框架 结构的露梁露柱对建筑空间的严格限定与分隔已不能满足人们对住宅空 间的要求。于是在吸收了框架结构的优点后，逐步发展形成了能适应人在 诩i的住宅观念的结构型式，即异形柱框架结构型式。本文介绍了异形柱 的结构特点，探讨异形柱的结构平面布置并介绍了如何对异形柱结构的计 算分析和配筋绘图。

Abstract: With people * s higher and higher demand to the residential plane and space, the original ordinary frame structure with the strict limitation and division by the revealed beam can not satisfy people' s requirements on residential space. Thus, after absorbing the advantages of the frame structure, there gradually developed the structure style baseo on the modern resisdential concept, namely special-shaped columns frame structure form. This paper introduces the structure characteristics of special-shaped columns, discusses the plane layout and introduces how to make the calculation analysis and reinforcement drawings.

近年来，随着我国经济的飞速发展，房地产行业也蓬勃发展起来，人 们的住宅面积越来越多，自然而然对住宅的平面和空间要求也越来越高， 已经不满足原有露梁露住的住宅环境，所以异形柱结构这种体系就应运而 生了。混凝土异形柱结构是以T形、L形、十字形的异性截面柱代替一般 框架柱作为竖向支承构建而构成的结构，以避免框架柱在室内凸出，少占 建筑空间，改善建筑观赡，为建筑设计及使用功能带来灵活性和方便性； 同时结构墙体改革，采用保温、隔热、轻质、高效的墙体材料作为框架填 充墙及内隔墙，代替传统的烧结普通砖墙，以贯彻国家关于节约能源、节 约土地、利用废料、保护环境的政策。
一、异形柱的结构特点
由于异形柱采用T形、L形、十字形等截面形式，所以使得墙 肢平面内外两个方向刚度对比相差较大，导致各向刚度不一致，其各向承 载能力也有较大差异。异形柱由于多肢的存在，其剪切中心与截面形心往 往是不重合的，且在平面范围之外，受力时要靠各柱肢交点处核心於协调 变形和内力，这种变形
