摘 要:通过综合比较国内外木工雕刻机与五轴联动数控系统的研究技术,对所设计的木工雕刻机采用先进的五轴雕刻技术。利用三维虚拟建模技术,设计雕刻机横梁、床身等机械框架结构;完成雕刻机进给传动系统等主要功能部件的设计。在虚拟建模基础上,完成雕刻机龙门横梁等部件的静刚度优化,在满足雕刻精度的基础上,优化机械结构设计。

Abstract:Through comprehensive comparison of domestic and foreign technology of wood engraving machine and five-axis CNC system, advanced five-axis engraving technology was used in the wood engraving machine. The 3D virtual modeling technology was used in the design of engraving machine beam, bed and other frame structure. The feed system of engraving machine and other functional components were designed. The static stiffness of gantry beam and other parts of engraving machine were optimized by using virtual modeling technology. Based on meeting the carving precision, the optimization of the mechanical structure was finished.
