摘要：
复方氯唑沙宗片是甲类非处方药。主要用于适用于各种急性、慢性软组织（肌肉、韧带、筋膜）扭伤、挫伤，运动后肌肉酸痛、肌肉劳损所引起的疼痛、由中枢神经病变引起的肌肉痉挛，以及慢性筋膜炎等。以氯唑沙宗和对乙酰氨基酚为主要原料，加以其他辅料，通过粉碎、筛分、混合、制粒、干燥和压片制备复方氯唑沙宗片。设计制备该制剂的工艺流程，并通过物料衡算及能量衡算，按照实际生产能力选择出各个流程所需的生产设备和型号，并根据生产要求设计一层车间，使其符合GMP要求。该工艺合理，设备简单，车间布局合理，符合设计要求。

Abstract:

Mainly used for applicable to various acute and chronic soft tissue (muscle, ligament, fascia) sprain, contusion, post exercise muscle soreness and muscle strain caused by pain, caused by the pathological changes of central nerve muscle spasm, and chronic fasciitis. Using chlorzoxazone and paracetamol as the main raw material, and other accessories, by crushing, sieving, mixing, granulating, drying and tabletting preparation of compound Chlorzoxazone and preparation of the preparation process, and through the material balance and energy balance, according to the actual production capacity choice of various process equipment needed for production and models, and according to the production requirements, design a workshop, make it meet the requirement of reasonable process, simple equipment, workshop layout reasonable, accord with design requirement.
