摘 要

企业现在所面临的财务风险随着经济的发展而变得更加的复杂化。而化解财务风险非常重要的一点就是有效的采取措施来规避。如果财务风险不及时的采取分析的办法和控制,那么就财务危机就很容易上演了，这就对之后的企业生存与发展造成很大程度上的威胁。本文将财务风险的理论研究基础上进行更好的研究,将保利公司的所遇到的风险及其控制解决的问题进行了更好的探索,在探索中需求企业实践需要应对财务风险的良策与办法，也希望这方法为保利集团以后的发展道路，提供可借鉴的方法，在此之时，还可以对其它企业提供实践性的好方法。
