摘要
并购作为企业快速扩张的方式一直备受青睐。因为并购从某种程度上可以帮助企业扩大规模，增强实力，提高效率等。但从各国的研究表明，大部分并购并未能实现其期望的价值。结果的不尽如意，主要归咎于没有实行有效的并购整合，在整合的过程中，文化整合占有较高的比重。目前很多并购企业也注重到文化整合是并购成功与否的关键。如果想成功的完成并购，必须要对并购企业双方的文化有一个正确的认识，如果不重视并购企业双方的文化整合，那么并购失败的几率将会增大。本文主要就是以并购企业的文化冲突为研究对象，以及针对这种冲突进行可行性整合研究分析，希望为我国企业实现并购战略的预期目标，提供一些有益才参考。

ABSTRACT
Mergers and acquisitions as the rapid expansion of enterprises have been favored the way. Since the merger in some extent can help enterprises to expand their scale, enhance actual strength, improve efficiency. But from the research shows that, most of the M & A and failed to achieve its desired value. Results unsatisfactory, mainly due to not implement effective integration, in the course of integration, culture integration occupy a higher proportion. At present a lot of enterprises merger and acquisition also pay attention to cultural integration is the key to the success of mergers and acquisitions. If you want to successful completion of mergers and acquisitions, mergers and acquisitions to both cultures have a correct understanding, if the merger does not attach importance to both the cultural integration, then mergers failure probability will increase. This paper is mainly to the enterprise culture conflict as the research object, and the feasibility of integrating conflict analysis, hope for our country enterprise M & a strategy goal, to provide some useful reference to.
