[摘要] 目的:为适应市场需求,建立盐酸普鲁卡因注射液的快速鉴别方法。方法:采用化学反应和薄层色谱法对盐酸普鲁卡因注射液进行检测。结果:各鉴别反应专属性强、阴性均无干扰。结论:本方法简单、快速,适用于现场打击假劣药品和快速鉴别药品。

[Abstract] Objective: To establish a fast identification method of Procaine Hydrochloride Injection according to the need of marketplace. Methods: Identification of Procaine Hydrochloride Injection was carried out by chemical reaction and TLC. Results: The identify reactions were specific, and there was no negative interference. Conclusion: The methods are simple and fast, which can be used in the fast identification of drugs.

盐酸普鲁卡因注射液是《中国药典》收载的局麻药品,市场应用广范。现已收载的检测方法麻烦、费时[1]。为适应社会需求,更好地提高工作效率,达到即刻控制药品质量的目的,本文建立了该药品的快速检验方法。
1 试剂与试药
盐酸普鲁卡因注射液(天津药业集团新郑股份有限公司,批号为 0706081;郑州羚锐制药有限公司,批号为 0404111);盐酸普鲁卡因对照品(中国药品生物制品检定所,批号为 100424-200301);盐酸氟桂利嗪对照品(中国药品生物制品检定所,批号为100844-200501);二甲苯、乙醚和浓氨溶液均为分析纯;三硝基苯酚试液按《中国药典》中的规定配制。

试验方法与结果
溶液的制备供试品溶液的制备:直接取样品。对照品溶液的制备:取盐酸普鲁卡因对照品约5 mg,加水1 ml,振摇溶解,即得。空白溶液的制备:以水代替样品。
