餐饮企业办公自动化系统研究与实现.pdf

摘 要
面对着信息技术高速发展的今天，计算机应用在人类日常生活中越发显示出
不可或缺的作用。对各类企事业来说，运用信息技术，建立一套适合自身独特需
求的办公自动化系统(officeAutomation，OA)，无疑是当务之急，这不仅能优化业
务流程，而且可以极大提高办公效率，为协助企业管理工作迅速适应信息化时代
的发展要求，打下良好的基础。
本文是针对某餐饮企业设计的办公自动化系统，由于该企业日常业务和数据
信息的管理繁杂，采用传统的人工管理已明显滞后，因此在明确掌握用户需求的
基础之上，提出企业办公自动化系统的基本系统设计方案，并从需求分析、结构
设计、功能设计、以及实现等方面，详细阐述了 OA 系统的整个开发流程，给出
了一个结合三层 C/S 模式结构和 Web 技术的办公自动化系统。该系统在功能需求
分析的基础上，确立了系统的功能模块化系统设计，具有系统登录、个人办公、
公文管理，公共信息管理，任务管理，文档管理，即时通信，系统管理八个功能
模块。另外，在系统需求分析和系统设计阶段，均使用了统一建模语言（Unified
Modeling Language，UML）对办公自动化系统中所涉及到的要素进行了建模；使
用 作为系统的数据库访问技术；在网络通信方面，合理运用了 Web
Service 技术，以实现分布式的应用。 Framework 开发平台，选
择 Visual Studio 2008 作为集成开发环境，C#作为开发语言，SQL Server 2005 作为
后台数据库，充分利用它们无缝集成平台的优点，使系统开发更容易，运行更安
全更稳定。
本系统测试和试运行后，作为前期试用版已经投入到了公司的实际工作中，
并得到了公司工作人员的支持和肯定，满足了公司的办公需求，切实提高了公司
的办公效率，基本达到了预期的系统设计目标。

of enterprises, using the information technology to establish their own unique set of
