前言
脑静脉系统血栓形成(CVST):一种少见的缺血性静脉性中风,一种综合征。
(1)皮质静脉血栓形成:很少单发,而多伴发DST;
(2)硬脑膜窦血栓形成(dural sinus thrombosis ,DST);
(3)大脑深静脉血栓形成(deep cerebral venous thrombosis ,DCVT)
发病率4-5人/10万/年, (以前报道1/10万/年)要高,%。
临床表现多样,无特异表现。
强调病因诊断。
其预后也不像以前认为的那样差,绝大多数预后好,死亡率小于10%(以前报道死亡率高达30%-50%)。

不与动脉伴行
