As a part of the handhold product quality assurance system, this should be executed strictly. 该标准被纳入德信产品质量保证体系,作为手持式移动通讯产品质量保证的组成部分,要求严格执行并遵守此标准。 5 Judgment 判定标准 A级:关键缺陷表现为产品的一项或多项性能指标,使用功能失效或外观受严重影响。具体表现如产品参数测试项单项或多项失败,单项或多项功能故障,机械结构,卡扣,导轨,转轴等失效, 壳体破裂等 Level A: Severity defect It means one or more functionality/parameter index ite ms are invalid or degradation seriously, such as RF parameter test items failures, one or more functiona l failures, mechanism, hook, hinge are invalidation, housing crack etc. B级:主要缺陷产品使用功能无影响,外观影响较严重。具体表现如产品参数测试项单项或多项性能下降但仍在范围之内,单项或多项功能性能略有下降,机械结构,卡扣,导轨,转轴等性能下降但不影响正常使用,喷涂磨损,壳体裂缝等 Level B: General defect The using function has no effect, and the appearance has a terrible effect. Focus on appearance and mechanism failures, but function and parameter test s hould be ok even though degradation occuring. such as performance of functional mechanism , abrasion failure of painting ,crack of housing etc. C 级:次要缺陷产品使用功能无影响,外观影响较轻微,后果严重程度可忽略。具体表现如产品参数测试正常,功能测试正常,机械结构,卡扣,导轨,转轴等性能略有下降但不影响正常使用, 喷涂轻微磨损,壳体轻微裂纹等 Level C: Light defect The using function has no effect, and the appearance has a little effect.
