许昌县城南商贸物流园区基本情况
一、园区概况
许昌县城南商贸物流园区前身为“许昌县非公有制科技园区”，2008年7月更名为“城南商贸物流园区”。范围(暂定)北起许扶运河、南至许平南高速、东到京珠高速、西至京广铁路许昌县境内，。园区位于许昌市东南部，是许昌市的重要南出入口。国道102、京珠高速、京广铁路、许毫铁路、石武客专、省道237纵横穿境，许昌市南外环、东外环、魏武大道、学院路、文峰路、仓库路、许由路主干道在此汇集。
园区定位为现代商贸、商品集散、冷链配送、服务外包为重点，集商务、物流等现代服务业功能于一体，兼有城市综合功能的现代化物流园。该定位符合《许昌市总体规划》对东南部地区的功能定位，并进行了一定的提升。2010年7月份在许昌市通过的许昌市物流业中长期发展规划中，许昌商贸物流园区作为六个物流园之首纳入了发展规划重点优先发展。
