烯效唑提高草坪草耐阴性研究

摘要:高大建筑物、乔木及灌木遮阴会使用于都市绿化草坪受到严重胁迫,导致草坪衰退,实验针对这一难题进行了研究。以耐阴性不同常用冷季型高羊茅草坪和暖季型结缕草草坪为实验材料,研究不同浓度外源激素烯效唑解决对2种遮阴草坪草生理及生长变化调控作用。在不同遮阴限度光照下,经烯效唑解决,2种草坪草叶片叶绿素含量增高,植株株高变矮,叶片变宽、变厚,分蘖增长,不同耐阴性草坪草耐阴能力均得到明显提高,最适解决浓度范畴100-200 mg/L。

Study on Shade Tolerance of Turf Sprayed Uniconazole

Abstract:The city green turf grasses are under seriously stress for the shading of tall buildings,trees and shrubs,and lead to the recession of turf grass,so the author studied for this problem. Taking the common cold-season tall fescue and warm-season zoysia japonica as test material. Effects of different concentrations of uniconazole on shade-tolerance of two turf grass under shading situation were studied by testing long-term growth and physiological characteristics of them. After treated with uniconazole,the contents of chlorophyll increased,plant height decreased
leaves width and thickness increased,tiller number increased. All of these indicated that uniconazole can evidently improve shade-tolerance of three turf grasses with different shade-tolerance;the optimal concentration of uniconazole is from 100 to 200 mg/L.
