第一部分调度指挥的重要性
一、定义
在理论研究中，生产调度问题常被称为排序问题或资源分配问题。从数学规划的角度来看，调度问题可表达为在一定约束下，对目标函数的优化。
二、作用
生产调度是生产管理中的重要环节，良好的生产运行管理离不开科学的生产调度。
在供热系统中，调度指挥系统旨在确保热、电、汽生产的安全、稳定、经济的运行,使各单位、部门之间及重要环节之间有机衔接,协调运作,并做到统一高效,科学的指挥。
调度在整个供热过程中，是一个“承上启下”的部门，尤其在多热源共网运行的环境下，更显得尤为重要。调度系统的好坏最终会影响公司的形象、公司的社会效益、公司的经济效益和热用户的满意度。
三、优秀调度的标准
首先要有责任心，没有责任心，即使就是博士来当调度，也没有用；
其次，要当有心人，要把热源、网、换热站及终端的系统，当成一个整体来看待，还要对各环节操作调整乱熟于心；

其三，调度的职责主要是协调、指挥。调度控制的不仅是仪表，还有人。下达的指令有时不能及时得到落实，这就需要提高自身的技术素质，知道各个环节的轻重缓急，在紧急状况下能够做到合理安排、科学指挥，避免事故发生
另外，注意提高服务意识，管理意识和办事的方式方法，让执行者心甘情愿并及时有效的去执行落实调度指令。
