教师课时费考核计发办法
为了加强教师教学工作的考核和课时费的统计发放工作，如实反映教师在教学、科研和其他教学活动等方面的工作情况，合理安排教师，充分发挥在教学活动中的积极性和主动性，突出海运学校的办学特色，不断提高教学质量水平，特制定本办法。
一、教师课时数的确定
教师计酬课时分为教学课时和补贴课时两种。
（一）教学课时
按教学计划规定，完成由部、教务处下达的课堂教学和实训、实操教学的课时，依教研室统计，部、教务审核实际完成的课时数或折算后的课时数为准。计算方法为：
1、理论课的教学课时，根据教学实施计划或培训计划核定的教学时数（1学时按1课 时计）乘以一定的系数折算为标准学时。每门课程的备课、讲课、辅导、答疑、作业批改等均包括在教学时数内。计算方法为：

2、课程内所设的实训教学、适任评估训练的教学课时按教学计划和培训计划核定的教学课时数，根据分组情况乘以一定的系数折算为标准学时。计算方法为：

（2）校内不能完成的实训、实操项目需到校外并以他人为主指导的实训、实操课，带班参加指导、管理的教师每天按3课时计算。
3、教学计划规定的考试课程，出试卷（A、B卷电子版并附标准答案，且符合要求）计4课时；阅卷每班级计2课时，补考阅卷不计课时。
外聘教师出试卷（A、B卷电子版并附标准答案，且符合要求）一次性补贴100元，阅卷每班一次性补贴50元。
