老课时费发放办法

外聘教师所授英语听力课考试同第3条中外聘教师出试卷、阅卷补贴办法一致；英语口语考试及其它采用口试的课程，出试卷（A、B卷电子版并附标准答案，且符合要求）一次性补贴100元，考试每班级一次性补贴100元。
5、批改毕业实习报告，每班级计15课时。
6、行政、管理人员在完成本职工作的前提下，经部、教务或相关部门领导协调可适当兼课，但原则上兼课每周不超过8课时。

（二）补贴课时
1、完成学校下达的教学大纲、实训（验）大纲编写任务，经验收合格的，教学大纲每科计5课时，实训（验）大纲每科计3课时。
外聘教师编写教学大纲，每科一次性补贴100元，实训（验）大纲每科补贴60元。
2、体育教师由教研室安排，经部、教务处同意组织指导课间操，每周补贴1课时；组织运动会训练等体育教师要制订详细的训练计划（包括每天的训练时间、训练效果、组织指导教师等），由教研室、部、教务处、分管校长逐级审批后计补贴课时量。
3、教师兼管实训（验）室、实习车间、实习船、多媒体教室、微机室等，按管理难度、设备价值、使用频率等因素分为A、B、C、D四类，A类每月补贴8课时，B类每月补贴6课时，C类每月补贴4课时，D类每月补贴2课时。
二、课时费标准
（一）海船
