纲要：“师徒制”的教师培育方法由来己久，它是特定社会历史条件下的产物，曾为培育新教师发挥了踊跃作用。此刻“师徒制”为有些学校采纳， 以加快新教师成长为成熟教师的进度， 有必定的踊跃作用。同时，我们应批评地对待“师徒制”在此刻的作用。在新教师成长的过程中，我们不可以急于求成，应按照其成长过程的客观规律，让其在教育教课实践中渐渐达成。
Abstract: Teachers" training method of "mentoring" has a
long history, is the product in special society and history and
plays a positive role in cultivating teachers. At present,
"mentoring" is used by some colleges to advance the growth of
young teachers. At the same time, we should critically treat
"mentoring". To the growth of young teachers, we should not be

1“师徒制”的由来及发展
古代和中世纪，农业和手工业都靠手工操作，劳动技艺的传达，靠的是两种方法： 尊长传下辈；师傅带徒弟。两种方法实质是同一的，都是娴熟的带不娴熟的， 有经验的带没经验的， 这类方法渐渐形成制度，称为师徒制。
