Results The cure rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group （94% vs 74%， P [Key words] Annular mixed hemorrhoids； PPH； Axternal hemorrhoids resection and primary suture； Complications 有关痔病发病机制的学说较多，目前最流行且最被认可的是肛垫下移学说[1，2]，即痔是肛垫病理性肥大、下移和肛周皮下血管丛血流淤滞形成的团块，可伴有出血、脱垂等症状[3，4]，是一种常见病、多发病[5]；%[6]；其治疗上首先采用非手术治疗，经非手术治疗无效后，应以手术治疗为主，其手术原则是：既要消除病灶，又要保护肛门功能。这既是我们的初衷，也是我们要追求和研究的目标和方向。痔上黏膜环形切除术（PPH）是在肛垫下移学说上改良创造的一种全新的微创手术方式[7]，是目前临床上的主流术式，对内痔治疗的临床疗效明显优于传统手术，但同时又有其局限性，即混合痔的外痔部分不能得到有效根治，若术中一并切除外痔开放创面，则既不符合微创的原理又影响创面愈合时间及加重术后出血疼痛水肿等并发症的发生。因此，我科對2015年6月～2016年6月间收治的50例环状混合痔住院患者采用PPH结合外痔切除一期缝合术改良治疗，取得了良好的临床效果，现报道如下。endprint 1 资料与方法 临床资料 将2015年6月～2016年6月
