长江电力公司人力资源规划的研究.pdf

I 摘要有效的人力资源规划能提高组织的竞争优势, 这一事实已经受到一批研究成果的支持。企业如何做好人力资源规划、并实施有效的人才竞争战略以及保持人才竞争优势已成为其能否持续稳健发展的关键,并成为企业深入研究和关注的焦点。本文旨在对长江电力公司的人力资源规划进行研究,为企业建立科学的人力资源管理体系奠定良好的基础,借此提高企业的竞争力,并为其他国有企业制订人力资源规划提供参考。本文从长江电力公司人力资源管理的实际情况出发,基于现代人力资源规划及人力资源管理相关理论,通过问卷调查和实地调研掌握了大量企业的第一手资料, 并运用德尔菲法、人员比例法等多种人力资源需求和供给方法,采取定性研究与定量研究相结合、规范研究和实证研究相结合的方式对长江电力公司的人力资源规划进行了研究。本文分为六个部分。第一部分介绍选题背景、研究意义及本文的大致结构;第二部分对人力资源规划相关理论和方法进行了论述;第三部分为长江电力公司人力资源管理现状及存在问题的分析,从学历结构、年龄结构、专业结构和能力结构等方面对长江电力人力资源现状进行了分析,并指出了人力资源发展战略的缺失、缺乏科学的人力资源规划、员工职业发展通道不健全、员工培训与人才开发工作薄弱等问题已经成为制约企业进一步发展的障碍; 第四部分为长江电力公司人力资源供需预测,本文根据所掌握的资料对企业未来的人力资源需求和供给进行了预测,分析了人力资源的综合平衡情况;第五部分为公司人力资源规划研究,根据预测和分析的结果,本文从人员招聘、关键岗位后备人员培养、专业技术类员工职业生涯管理、绩效管理和薪酬激励等方面研究了人力资源规划的实施;第六部分为结论,对全文进行了总结。关键词: 电力企业,人力资源规划,人力资源管理 II ABSTRACT The fact that the efficien t human resource programming can promote petitive advantage of anization has been proved by a number of rese arch results. How to draw the human resource programming well, how to carry on the human resource competitive stratagems and k eep the petitive advantage had e the most important problem to the companies’ sustainable development and all of which have e the focus for enterprise s. This thesis studies the human resource programming of China Yangtze Power Co.,Ltd to construct a good base for scientific human resource management system ,improve petence of the en terprises, and provide the reference to other state-owned enterprises in drawing human resource programming. From the human resource management pr actice of China Yang tze Power Co.,Ltd, based on human resource programming and hu man resource management theory, using questionnaires and field survey finding out a lo t of first-hand materi als, applying many human resource demanding and supplying method, and adopting the methods of qualitative bining with quantitative research, and standardizing research combining with positive resear ch, this thesis studies the human resource programming of China Yangtze Power Co.,Ltd. The
