So STRESS INTERVIEW is getting more and more popular among examiners because they shire one thought that every single work has its own stress, it’s necessary for every employee to have the ability to face stress. Interview, which is the mon method of employment, isa major job within human resources management. Examiners judge whether the interviewer can do the job well through an interview by talking with him with some selected questions and processes. All of above make the job interview more important than other parts of an employment. Today, if you are applying a senior manager, you should better get ready for stress interview, it’s getting focus from interviewers, examiners and senior managers.
