西南交通大学硕士学位论文 GS学院辅导员培训体系构建姓名:白树虎申请学位级别:硕士专业:工商管理指导教师:贾志永 20090401 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文第1页摘要独立学院是中国高等教育的重要组成部分,目前面临一系列管理和继续发展的困境。独立学院的重要性和目前的困境使得独立学院的运营管理成为现代管理和高校管理研究不可回避的课题。本文在此背景之下,以GS这所独立学院为研究主体,分析了该学院对辅导员这~人力资源的使用现状,得出其工作中存在的主要问题是辅导员工作效能现状不能满足学院发展需要,认为通过采用培训这种方式对现有辅导员进行人力资源开发是满足学院发展需要的必要途径。因此本文通过人力资源培训基本理论的实践化创新运用,根据该学院及其辅导员的具体工作情况,对其辅导员培训运作流程中的每一个环节的具体操作进行了针对性构建。本文所构建的辅导员培训体系包括培训需求分析、培训计划、培训实施、培训评估和培训效能落实,能够实现该学院开展辅导员培训的需要。通过此培训体系的构建,本文认为可行性和可操作性是独立学院辅导员培训体系构建值得最关注的因素,也是培训体系发挥实际效用的关键因素。本文研究意义就在于为GS学院辅导员培训提供可具操作性的支持。本文的研究成果,即GS学院辅导员培训体系,在人力资源管理培训理论实践化中有一定的创新,为独立学院辅导员培训操作提供参照体系,对高校辅导员培训体系构建和研究有一定的参考价值。关键词:独立学院;辅导员;培训体系西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文第1I页 Abstract As all ponent of higher education,Independent Colleges have encountered a series of awkward predicament in management and sustainable ,the importance andpresent plight ofIndependent Colleges have urged itsmanipulation and management e an unavoidable topic inmodem management andhigher-education management study. Based on thepresent situation,with thecrucial research ofGS College,this paper analyzes management forcounselors,and concludes that themain problem liesin counselor’S effectiveness which fails tomeet thedevelopmental needs ofthecollege.
