第三条 继续医学教育工作的指导思想是坚持新时期卫生工作方针，面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来，与时俱进、开拓创新，时刻追踪国内外医学科技发展的最新动态，不断学习现代医学科技发展中的新理论、新知识、新技术、新方法，不断提高全省卫生技术人员的业务素质和临床工作能力，促进我省医疗卫生事业的发展，更好地为人民健康服务，为全省经济建设服务。
第四条 在本省行政区域内的医疗卫生机构执业，并受聘担任初级〔参加临床住院医师标准化培训和全科医师标准化培训的初级人员按临床住院医师标准化培训和全科医师标准化培训规定进行〕、中级、高级卫生专业技术职务的人员均须接受继续医学教育。中、高等医学院校毕业生〔含硕士生、博士生〕、由省外调入或部队转业到我省的卫生专业技术人员自报到的当年起纳入我省继续医学教育管理。
第五条 参加继续医学教育和标准化培训是卫生技术人员应享有的权利和应尽的义务，卫生技术人员接受继续医学教育和标准化培训期间享受在岗人员同等的工资和福利待遇。 
第六条 继续医学教育实行学分制，学分包括I类学分和Ⅱ类学分。省、市〔州〕级以上医疗卫生机构卫生技术人员每年参加继续医学教育活动，获得的最低学分数不得低于25分，所获
