见习期间工作总结
随着岗前培训大会的结束，我们进入到了去基层司法所实习。我和五名同事一块分到了西属巴街道办司法所。在司法所冯建兵所长的指导和帮助下开始了我们的见习工作。见习期间任何知识都源于实践。因此，要将所学付诸实践，来检验所学。
希望在经过两周的见习之后，能将自己所学的理论知识与实践相结合，使自己在历练下有所提高。2012年4月14日是我们进司法所的第一天，在所长冯建兵的介绍下，是我对司法所的职能主要是普法宣传、指导管理人民调解工作，法律咨询，参与调解疑难、复杂民间纠纷；开展对刑释解救人员的安置帮教工作、社区矫正以及组织开展法制宣传教育工作。
首先，就我们第一阶段的见习情况做一总结。我们刚来正好赶上“三大活动”，冯所长先安排我们帮助完成这项活动，刚开始大家都还有点不在状态，但经过两天的劳动，大家也对这项工作产生了兴趣。我们刚开始时输入各个村的村民电话、住址，完善基本信息，在输入过程中我看到了农民们所反映的各类矛盾纠纷，以及需要帮忙解决的一些困难。然后是对各类问题进行分类整理，比如：需要区政府协调办理的、区职能部门与市职能部门办理的、乡镇街道办与区职能部门配合办理的、乡镇街道办本级办理的、村级可以化解的事项，其中包括城市管理、城镇房屋拆迁、劳动保障、村企村矿、劳动保障等内容。经过几天的工作，认识到“三大活动”的重要性，以解决民生问题为出发点，以化
