3、做好金三角商户搬迁和新市场培育工作。
园区管委会在县领导组的带领下，与有关部门配合实现了金三角商户搬迁。协调工商、市场发展中心进驻新市场参与制定完善各种规章制度，对新市场进行规范化管理，并组织相关人员走出去，赴浙江、江苏等全国知名纺织品类市场学习考察，借鉴经验。目前新市场商户入驻216户，入驻率达85%以上，针对金三角市场外围电摩商户搬迁无场地的问题，积极把梨园转盘西北角老蔬菜批发市场进行改造为摩配城，配合金三角市场搬迁。
4、基础设施建设方面着手解决梨园转盘以西雨水管网及两侧路面硬化工作。
2010年园区管委会与将官池镇一道组织村民商户自筹资金对梨园转盘以南道路两侧进行硬化，两侧长度约600多米，面积近4万平方米，总造价约160万元，目前已完成工程质量的98%以上。与县公路局配合，对转盘以西雨水管网进行疏通改造，管道全长1700多米，目前已完工。
5、紧抓项目招商，强化后勤服务。
今年上半年园区管委会按照省市县招商工作会议精神，采取亲情招商、以商招商方式，达成了6个意向性符合产业政策的项目，单等园区规划“三规合一”正式实施，吸引项目早日入驻。

另外园区强化了企业后期环境服务，8月份汛期中的几场大暴雨致使园区80%—95%市场类企业商户受淹致灾，灾情之中，园区管委会组织全体人员冒雨分包企业、及时和企业商户站在第一现场想方设法理顺情趣，积极排涝自救，树立了灾情面前党委政府不仅重招商、而且更重服务的为民形象。
四、存在问题及原因
1、园区管委会在园区建设发展上因循守旧，裹足不前，不会不敢大胆创新，招数不多、不新。
