　　因为店面就在学校旁边，购买人群相对比较固定。良好的服务、良好的口碑便是关键。能笑着卖东西就不要一脸严肃，能少几毛钱也不要比别家多挣几毛钱而丢掉回头客，几年下来你记不住几个学生，大概有许多学生会知道你和你的店铺。所以，日常服务态度、产品质量、相对价格便成了形成口碑的关键，如果学生在你的店铺有愉快和满意的购物经历，相信他不会在乎多上两个台阶。如果有天一想到要买体育用品、文具等，第一就想到你的店铺，那就成功了。
