The study results showed that the accuracy and repeatability of the bacteria plate count of swine triplex vaccine chromogenic medium were consistent with that of dry powder Martin agar,and the colony recovery rate of both bacteria was above 0. 9. Therefore,the swine triplex vaccine chromogenic medium in this study can replace Martin agar as a counting agar to detect the content of antigen bacteria of Swine Erysipelas and Swine Pasteurella multocida,and monitor the quality of vaccine in the production process of Combined Classical Swine Fever - Swine Erysipelas and Pasteurella multocida live vaccine.
