异较为显著。本文提出的HRTEM微晶结构定量分析方法能够得到炭黑芳香晶格条纹微观结构分布特征,适用
于包含多环芳香苯环结构的多种碳质材料,可为分子模型构建研究提供数据来源,对进一步认识碳质材料微
晶结构特征及多环芳香结构演化有潜在的应用价值。

ABSTRACT: In order to carry out in-depth research on the microchemical properties related to the aromatic structure
of carbonaceous materials and to grasp the chemical production and transformation mechanism of carbonaceous
materials. In this paper, a quantitative microcrystalline structure analysis method based on HRTEM is proposed to take
aromatic lattice fringes from HRTEM images of four carbon black samples with different sources and to quantitatively
characterize the characteristic parameters such as length, angle, curvature and stacking of aromatic lattice fringes. The
results show that the distribution patterns of microcrystalline structure are similar in different regions of the same
sample and among different samples: the number of lattice fringes decreased with increasing fringes length, short
fringes were predominant, angle and curvature distributions were scattered, stacking was mainly single-layer, and the
